Details
Crunchy and fresh, this sumptuous sparkler made from perfectly ripe Pinot Noir grapes is absolutely delicious. We love the candied notes of red cherry and the savoury hint of cranberry and herbal notes. Enjoy as an aperitif to get the night going!
Bacio della Luna is a winery located in the renowned Prosecco Superiore DOCG region of Valdobbiadene, Italy. Known for its commitment to quality, the winery specialises in producing Prosecco, focusing primarily on the Glera grape variety. The name "Bacio della Luna," which translates to "Kiss of the Moon," reflects the winery's dedication to blending tradition with contemporary winemaking techniques. The winery's vineyards benefit from the unique terroir of the Valdobbiadene area, which is recognized by UNESCO for its cultural and environmental significance. This location provides the ideal conditions for growing Glera grapes, resulting in vibrant and refined Prosecco. Bacio della Luna offers a range of Proseccos, including Brut and Extra Dry varieties. Each product is crafted with careful attention to detail, aiming to highlight the natural characteristics of the grape and the region. The winery’s focus on sustainability and quality has earned it a reputation as a reliable producer within the competitive Prosecco market. They are also known for their impressive range of declassified sparkling wines; these largely bear the hallmarks of Prosecco, but utilise different grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Pairing guide
Italian sparkling rosés, such as this stunning release, have very much been having their moment for the past couple of years. It’s not hard to see why - they’re absolutely fantastic for pairing with some of our favourite dishes and offer fabulous flavours that work well with a wide range of foods. We reckon it’s best served with heartier white fish recipes - cod, grilled hake with harissa, halibut and smoked haddock are all highly recommended here. Green vegetable dishes like a warm asparagus salad, seafood stews, and Portuguese classics like tinned-sardine salads will also work as an absolute treat.
