Details
Electric orange-pink in the glass, this wine offers up a mix of spicy blood orange, peach and pomegranate, combined with a touch of musk. Complex and spicy, it is full and round in the mouth, with a slippery feel. Very dry finish, the lively acidity really keeps this fresh and tangy.

The Toma! wines are sourced from a medium sized family producer in the Valdizarbe Valley which is considered to be one of best areas for production of high quality Grenache within the region of Navarra, in the north-east of Spain. Here the vines reach over 50 years of age, grown with tenderness and care, and are picked early to capture the freshness and vitality that is so desired. This focus on freshness, drinkability and affordability result in wonderful wines for the everyday, presented with refinement and complexity. The wines are harvested in the cool of the night, and then treated gently by hand in the winery to create a range of wines that are distinguished and yet approachable. The rosé is the standout here, although there is a medium-bodied red that is also wonderful.

Pairing guide
Bright and juicy, this beautiful rosado really bursts with rich berry flavours, making it an excellent pairing wine for a sunny lunch date with a friend or a lazy al fresco dinner. We absolutely loved sipping this wine with a big bowl of creamy pasta studded with crispy bacon (in fact, anything with bacon is going to work very well with this wine), and it’s also going to be great with chicken breast salads, quiches, any charcuterie, and most shellfish dishes, too. This pink wine can definitely hold its own against a bit of spice, so get creative with your Cajun or Mexican flavours for some real taste sensations!
