The No. 11 is Dominio de La Vega’s rosé edition of Cava, which is a relatively new product in these parts. The result of organically grown Pinot Noir and Grenache is a delicious cherry and raspberry fruited sparkling with tart berries, a soft and creamy fizz with a touch of complexity for good measure.

Dominio de La Vega have been making wine in Penedes for over 40 years, with a key focus on Bobal as well as producing various styles of Cava and of course a few white wines. Their Bobal is made into several styles of red wines as well as a very delicious rosé.
