This is your perfect guilt free Prosecco from Bone Dry with only 0.2 grams of sugar, hence the bone dry tag! The result is a bright and crisp Prosecco with crunchy green apple, zesty lemon and zippy acidity. This is your ideal aperitif styled fizz which is ideal for any time of the day.

This bottle really delivers what it promises - a beautifully dry Prosecco, with mountains of incredible food pairing potential. On the one hand, it’s a great choice for salty dishes like bacalao and chicken salads, feta and spinach combos and fried pastries with cheese and herbs. On the other, we loved it with fruity salads of melon and lime, couscous dishes with pomegranate and aromatic spices, and with sweet-and-savoury combos like prosciutto with dates or figs with blue cheese. Seafood dishes, salmon terrine and prawn cocktail will also provide excellent options to explore.
