GPD Rewards is a loyalty program that allows you to earn points, redeem rewards from our Rewards Store, and unlock benefits such as free samples, birthday wine and anniversary wine, monthly prize draws, and more! Please refer to GPD Rewards Terms and Conditions here.

Anyone in Australia / UK can be a part of the GPD Rewards. Available to both wine and beer subscribers and for one-off orders. Enrol automatically with your first order!

Although you can start earning points right away, you can only redeem rewards after your first order.

There are a total of 10 levels and each level unlocks extra benefits when you’re within the points range. For example if you have 500 to 999 Lifetime Points, you unlock Level 2 benefits such as 15 points instead of 10 points for rating wines, and a 10% top-up discount on re-orders of your favourite wine.

Once you unlock a level it’s yours to keep. However if you don’t make an order for 4 years then your account information is deleted for data privacy reasons.

You earn them the same way. Lifetime Points are the total points you have earned over time, which automatically unlock Levels with various benefits. Lifetime Points never decrease.

Reward Points are for spending at our Rewards Store. Unlike Lifetime Points, your Reward Points balance will decrease when you redeem them for rewards.

You can redeem GPD Rewards by browsing our rewards store and adding items from the store to your cart when completing your next wine purchase at checkout. This applies whether you’re placing a one-off order or monthly box. If you’re placing a one-off order you must have at least 3 bottles in order to checkout.

The main way for you to earn points is to make sure you’re on top of rating all your wines, the higher your level, the more points you’ll get per wine rated. Thus making it easier to earn points for rewards the more loyal you are!

If you’re subscribed to GPD’s Beer Club, you earn 200 points automatically for each box to spend at our rewards store.

Although we don't currently offer this option, we're exploring the possibility of introducing it in the future. We understand how important it is for you to purchase your favourite merchandise for your friends and family, so please stay tuned for updates.

GPD “Lifetime Points” never expire. Unredeemed “Reward Points” on the other hand expire if you’ve been inactive (have not made a purchase) for 18 months or more.

Likely because you have not been active for awhile. To ensure you keep your Reward Points from expiring you’ll need to make a monthly box or a one-off purchase at least once every 18 months. The 18 month time period starts from the date of your last purchase.

We’ve created a new loyalty program (launched in May 2023) that we think is a win-win for all our customers; new and old. With our new rewards store and points system you’ll have more flexibility over the rewards you receive (no more double up’s), with the addition of level benefits that you can unlock as you earn more points.

Your current points are safe and sound! They'll become your Lifetime Points. Based on your Lifetime Points, you'll automatically unlock the corresponding level and enjoy all the fantastic member benefits that come with it. We’re also giving existing members 1000 Reward Points to spend in our Rewards Store! Get your next reward right away or choose from the fantastic new rewards we've just released. We think this is a win-win for all our existing members!

Absolutely! With GPD’s Beer Club, you can earn points, and redeem rewards, just like our wine subscribers. You earn 200 points automatically when you get each box, which can be redeemed for free rewards in our rewards store.

While our level benefits are currently more tailored to wine, we're actively working on expanding these perks for beer in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

No, you don't have to subscribe to GPD’s Beer Club to redeem beer-related rewards in the rewards store. All members have access to these rewards, regardless of their subscription type.
