Pairing guide
Hailing from the majestic vineyards of Pirgos in Greece, this pale pink wine is a wonderful choice for when the sun’s shining and there’s delicious homemade food on the menu. It’s a top wine for classic Mediterranean salads - including Greek salad with feta and olives, or something like a taramasalata - and will also work very well with picnic favourites like pasta salad, pork pies and quiche lorraine. Ham and cheese pasta dishes, pork chops with lemon and herbs, prawn skewers and spicy chicken noodle dishes will also work well, as will grilled salmon and seafood medleys.
