Details
Candied citrus and lots of stone fruit make up the aromatic profile of this gorgeous sparkling wine from Italy. This is light on its feet, with a lovely tension and concentration through the mid-palate. Utterly delicious.

Miravento Winery, tucked away in the scenic landscapes of northwestern Italy, is a true gem for wine lovers of the fizzy stuff. This boutique winery is all about crafting wines that reflect the beauty and tradition of the region. Small in size but big on quality, Miravento focuses on producing a limited number of bottles each year, making their wines something special to savour. The winemaking philosophy at Miravento is all about balance and harmony. They believe in working with nature, not against it, which is why they embrace sustainable practices in the vineyard and the cellar. Local grape varieties thrive in the cool climate and rich soils of this part of the world, which is perfect for the cultivation of fruit needed for sparkling wine. These wines are elegant and complex, perfect for enjoying with a hearty meal or on their own. Whether you’re new to Italian wines or a seasoned sipper, Miravento offers a delicious taste of northern Italy in every bottle.

Pairing guide
We couldn’t help but be rather seduced by the crisp, refreshing charm of this beautiful Italian sparkling wine, showcasing the incredible skill and heritage at the heart of the Piedmont region. This bottle of elegant fizz is going to be especially good with antipasti specialities like burrata salad, marinated artichokes and all kinds of salty charcuterie and aged cheeses, and will also pair very well with simple pasta dishes and seafood starters. Oysters are a particularly good match, and it’s also excellent with smoked salmon and caviar canapes. Delicious!
