Pairing guide
Representing the Loire Valley in peerless style, this wonderfully dry salmon-pink rosé wine is as delicious as it is versatile when it comes to food pairing possibilities. We loved this wine with curried fish dishes - tandoori trout, salmon tikka, and Goan fish curries will all work brilliantly here. It’s also excellent with pork chops with butter bean mash, roast poultry, grilled sausages, ham and cheese quiches and vegetable flaky pastry tarts. Feta and spinach combos, capers, anchovies and griddle halloumi are also highly recommended.
