Details
This is a deliciously serious rosé, with plenty of strawberry fruit intensity and character. Made according to the team's lo-fi principles, this is a gastronomic wine, with textural charm, weight and elegance rolled into a fine pink wine. A blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Carignan.

Domaine des Deux Clés, located in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France, is a notable winery known for its dedication to traditional yet hands-off winemaking methods and sustainable practices. Established by a passionate winemaking team of Florian and Gaëlle Richte who made in Burgundy during their vinous studies, the estate benefits from a diverse geological terroir, with vineyards spread across different soil types, including limestone and clay. Committed to organic and biodynamic principles, Domaine des Deux Clés emphasizes environmentally friendly practices in its vineyard management and winemaking processes. This approach ensures the production of wines that reflect the authentic character of the terroir while minimising environmental impact. The winery's portfolio includes a range of wines crafted from classic grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Picpoul Noir and Carignan. Each wine is carefully crafted to showcase the unique characteristics of the region and the grape varieties used.

Pairing guide
Managing to be both effortlessly classic and racily contemporary, this blushing pink wine from Domaine des Deux Clés is a real treat for the senses, and one that you’re going to love pairing with all your favourite summer dishes. We loved how well it matched with some subtly spiced salmon skewers, and it’s also going to be excellent with a salade nicoise, satay chicken dish, seared tuna steak and all kinds of roast cauliflower and couscous preparations. Fish stews and soups are an obvious pairing worth exploring, and it’s also fabulous with all kinds of salty cheeses, savoury pastries and picnic-ready pasta salads.
