Domaine des Deux Clés, located in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France, is a notable winery known for its dedication to traditional yet hands-off winemaking methods and sustainable practices. Established by a passionate winemaking team of Florian and Gaëlle Richte who made in Burgundy during their vinous studies, the estate benefits from a diverse geological terroir, with vineyards spread across different soil types, including limestone and clay. Committed to organic and biodynamic principles, Domaine des Deux Clés emphasizes environmentally friendly practices in its vineyard management and winemaking processes. This approach ensures the production of wines that reflect the authentic character of the terroir while minimising environmental impact. The winery's portfolio includes a range of wines crafted from classic grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Picpoul Noir and Carignan. Each wine is carefully crafted to showcase the unique characteristics of the region and the grape varieties used.

Pairing guide
Beautifully balanced and packing a delightfully deep punch of hedgerow flavours, this delicious Grenache couldn’t be more food friendly if it tried. We reckon it’s a top pairing for chargrilled red meats - everything from homemade burgers to racks of ribs will do the job nicely - and will really come into its own with slow-cooked lamb tagines, cassoulet with duck and sausages, and Irish beef stew. Rich tomato ragu sauces, roast root vegetables, whole roast poultry and stuffed mushrooms with blue cheese will also tick all the right boxes.
