Details
Gaillac's Baurcal grape variety blends with Duras here. This is a pretty typical, textbook example of a red from this part of the world. A wine with plenty of ripeness, colour and depth of fruit. Inky and plump, this is a red for the full-bodied lovers out there.

Pairing guide
We just know you’re going to love this charming and flavourful Braucol blend, which really highlights the skill of the winemakers when it comes to balancing all those notes and achieving something really quite wonderful. We adored pairing this wine with chicken liver bruschetta, but it’s going to be just as good with gamey meats like venison and rabbit, as well as with pub grub classics like bangers and mash or steak and kidney pie. Ratatouille, aubergine with parmesan or miso, and garlic mushrooms are also excellent pairings to try.
