Pairing guide
We’re huge Chenin Blanc fans here at Good Pair Days, and we just know you’re going to love this elegant bottle from Ashton winery. It’s the kind of wine we like to pair with comforting dishes of salmon and white fish like cod, especially if paired with a homemade pesto and fresh aromatic herbs. Sweet and sour dishes, roast cauliflower, Moroccan and other middle eastern salads, sticky tofu creations and pork chops with mashed potato or slaw will also work a treat.
