Maury is a small French wine region that is located outside of the city of Perpignan close to the Spanish border. The region is mostly focused on producing Grenache with a minimum requirement to contain at least 75% Grenache in each wine. Their main speciality is their fortified wine which is known as vin doux naturel. There is a lengthy history of wine production in this region however it is a relatively small region.
