Details
Pale in the glass, this lets the aroma and flavour do the talking. It is fresh, floral wine with fragrant wild strawberries, white peach and watermelon. There's notes of almond, mint and grass as well, coming to a climax with citrussy acidity and a refreshing edge.

Born in France. Raised in the Hamptons. What a tagline! And yet despite the celebrity upbringing, this wine manages to capture some of the heart and soul of the south of France, with a breezy feel and plenty of pizazz. The wine is the work of the famed Jon Bon Jovi and his son Jesse Bongiovi. Together they have worked with renowned French winemaker Gérard Bertrand to create a rosé that. they say "unites the essence of the relaxed lifestyles of the Hamptons and the South of France." We don't know about that, but it sure tastes wonderful. The label produces just the one wine - a dry rosé, made from a blend of the traditional grapes of the Mediterranean: Grenache, blended with Cinsault, and Mourvèdre. The various grape varieties are harvested separately, when the ripeness for each one is at the optimum. They are pressed and blended to a style, to create the perfect modern rosé!

Pairing guide
The stunning Hampton Water rosé really hits the high notes when it comes to food pairing perfection. Versatile and food friendly, it’s going to be a great match with simple fish, chicken, or pork dishes, and is also going to pair very well with tomato-based pasta favourites, salmon or tuna salads, feta and mint combos, and rare rack of lamb. We also enjoy this wine with a spicy Thai curry, or with shellfish cooked with aromatic herbs and spices.
