It might be a bit of a difference to the usual Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blends or even Prosecco, but Albariño in sparkling format has its rightful place. Clean and clear, with a toasty brioche start, with broaching citrus and red apple notes. This is a fine, sparkling with a crisp mousse that fills the mouth as all the fruit and toasty elements come together.
